Linen dresses are absolutely perfect for garden parties! Simply because of the natural material, they are not too overdressed, but still look elegant and summery. Dîner en blanc is actually a special form of social dining where many people meet for a picnic – usually in popular places in big cities. The participants are dressed completely in white. The motto is now being adopted more and more often for garden parties and even if not, you will definitely look good in a white summer dress! I only advise against it at garden weddings – unless you are the bride. 😉

Which shoes for the garden party?
A meadow doesn’t get along particularly well with high heels and stiletto heels. Therefore, for garden parties I recommend ballet flats, flat sandals (e.g. via TopVintage*) or, if you want a heel, wedges.

Large earrings, basket bags or unusual models such as a limoncello handbag (e.g. via TopVintage*) are great for outdoor parties. During the day, elegant straw hats and of course sunglasses are also recommended.
