Where a classic afternoon tea in Munich is served
Admittedly, Munich is better known for beer, hearty food and pretzels. But you can also find a traditional British afternoon tea in the city. So if you’re looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city, the best thing to do is treat yourself to a relaxing tea time. By the way, this is also a great idea for rainy days. After all, who likes to spend their days outdoors in Munich, wet and freezing? We can mentally go to Great Britain and enjoy a stylish afternoon tea! Here are the best addresses for an exquisite tea time in Munich.
Afternoon Tea at The Victorian House – Brown’s Tea Bar

What to wear for traditional afternoon tea?
Of course, there is no prescribed dress code for afternoon tea in Munich. But I think a so-called tea dress or afternoon dress fits perfectly. This is a pretty dress, preferably with a pattern, that doesn’t look too casual but doesn’t look formal either. Alternatively, a blouse works just as well in combination with an elegant midi skirt. Of course we can take some inspiration from British fashion. Checks, muted colors and maybe even a pretty hat are perfect.
