Since we already had snow this year and I’m so not ready for winter now, I decided to escape to the South for a few days. A wonderful idea, as the weather in Padua, one of the oldest cities in Italy, was simply amazing. Despite the clear blue sky, it was quite chilly so long sleeves were a good choice. They are, however, not so easy to find on vintage inspired dresses. This is why I was super happy when I found “Rosita” by Stop Staring! at Revival Retro.
The sleeves look so gorgeous and I also love the rest of the dress. “Rosita” provides sensuality in the most elegant way: The cut is very flattering, and I especially felt in love with the 30s inspired fishtail skirt. Black details like a little bow at the neckline add that certain something to the dress.
What I really appreciate about Stop Staring! dresses is that even the fitted ones are so comfy – perfect for a long day or night.
Thanks to dark tights and comfy booties I wasn’t freezing and able to walk the whole day around the city. Of course I also wore a jacket which I’m going to show you in an extra blog post soon.
