Winter is coming! (I’ve always wanted to write that, I guess I watched Game of Thrones ways too often lately. ;-)) We noticed this in Bolzano, where we stopped during our trip home from Venice. So we had to enjoy the panorama with thick winter clothes. With a heavy haert I had to replace my nylon stockings by beautiful opaque Chantal Thomass tights. Of course the rest of my outfit had to be warm as well: The red pencil skirt in combination with a classy top by Vivien of Holloway was a very good choice.
Thanks to the wool fabric the skirt is quite warm. What I also really like is the red colour – perfect to brighten up those gloomy fall and winter days. The pencil skirt is lined and ends underneath the knees; just the perfect length for office.
I teamed the skirt with the classy Vivien of Holloway Slash Neck top in “Grey Weave”. Due to the classy cut and muted colours the top is a real all-rounder which I’m going to wear again and again.
If you are not used to Vivien of Holloway’s sizes, I highly recommend to check out their size cart before ordering.
As often in the last time, I wore comfy booties and a huge handbag. I really carry a lot of stuff with me all the time. 😉
This is not only a perfect retro outfit for a city walk, but also for office. With some sparkling accessories and pumps you can transform this look easily into an elegant after work party outfit. But of course you shouldn’t miss a warm coat.
