Ice skating in style
A lot of exercise in the fresh air is healthy and immediately lifts my mood. From spring to early autumn, I don’t find it difficult at all. I go for lots of walks in nature, go hiking or running. In winter, on the other hand, my body mistakenly thinks it has to hibernate and goes into rest mode. The cold temperatures do the rest and you don’t even want to leave the house. But if you pull yourself together and make it outside, there are all kinds of fun sports. From sledding to skiing to ice skating. Ice skating is probably my absolute favorite. On the ice, I never notice that I’m actually doing sport. It’s only the next day, when the muscles start to ache, that I realize that ice skating was a real workout. 😉

My perfect look for ice skating
Ice skating is really fun, even though I’m definitely not a pro at it. But I’ve got myself some cute skates and have made up my mind that I’m going to venture out onto the ice more often. It’s a good thing that the nearby lake is currently frozen over and offers perfect conditions. When it comes to skates, I’m sticking to classic models – how could it be otherwise?
