I love lipsticks in general, but I guess I’m kind of addicted to the Dior Addict Lip Glow. When I used up mine, I immediately visited the cosmetics shop to buy a new one and was over the moon excited when I saw that there is a new version, the Dior Addict Lip Sugar Scrub, available. This one is a mixture of a lip balm and peeling. In this beauty post, I tell you more about the gorgeous product.
Dior Addict Lip Sugar Scrub: Texture and Quality
The texture of the lipstick is amazing: neither too creamy nor sticky, and the product lasts quite long. But the best feature of the Lip Sugar Scrub are definitely the grains of sugar. They exfoliate the lips and melt after applying the product – lip peeling to go, quasi. Tip: massage the product in small circles and rub your lips together for the best result.
I also really like how nourishing the Lip Sugar Scrub is: The lips are softer, smoother, and healthier. Due to the soft shine they also look a bit fuller. Even very dry and chapped lips get a naturally soft and rosy finish. If you prefer an even fuller as well as shinier look, I recommend to apply the Dior Addict Lip Maximizer on top.
Dior Addict Lip Sugar Scrub: Lovely Scent and Colour awakening Formular
The Dior Addict Lip Sugar Scrub smells amazingly and super fresh. Thanks to the “Color Reviver Technology” the lipstick also awakens your own lip colour. My lips get a light pink finish which looks very natural and fresh. It’s hard to tell how the result will look on other womens’ lips, but I’m super happy with how it looks on me.
Dior Addict Lip Sugar Scrub: Beautiful but quite expensive
The design is pretty simple but elegant. I love the light pink in combination with silver. The only thing I don’t like so much is, that you aren’t able to place the Lip Sugar Scrub on a table or vanity due to the ball-shaped end. This is something I also criticised about the Dior Addict Gradient Lipstick – it’s not a big deal, however.
Despite the fact that the quality of the product really is amazing, the price is with about 32 Euros (in Germany) a bit high in my opinion. Nevertheless, the Dior Addict Lip Sugar Scrub is one of my must-haves and is always in my handbag.
Summary: The Dior Addict Lip Sugar Scrub is a sweet exfoliating. It’s a very nourishing and colour awakening product which will make your lips look healthier and fresher – definitely a must-have for me. The price is with about 32 Euros (in Germany) a bit high, though.
