The presents are wrapped (well, at least almost), the Christmas tree is up, and the baking is finished – I’m ready for Christmas, and able to enjoy the festive mood right before the big feast. Furthermore, just in time for the 3rd advent, it started to snow again; could it get any better? I don’t think so. And as it looks like a winter wonderland outside, I decided to go out for a walk (a very short walk, to be honest) in the snow. My outfit for this is super classy and an all-rounder. The key pieces of the look are the Retro Sweater as well as the black pencil skirt by Pretty Retro.
Subtle but stylish: The Retro Sweater by Pretty Retro
The Retro Sweater by Pretty Retro is quite subtle, but has some really lovely details like the cute collar, e.g. The cut is rather short so it’s the perfect piece for high-waisted skirts or trousers, and the vibrant red is such a great contrast to the snow. I teamed the top with another classic: The black pencil skirt by Pretty Retro. The slim cut and midi-length make this skirt a real all-rounder. No matter if you want to wear it for the office, for dinner, or for a date with your family – a black pencil skirt is always a good idea.
On top of the retro outfit, I’m wearing a warm cape by Von 50′, which I already showed you in this blogpost. Long gloves, tights, and comfy boots by Miss L-Fire keep me warm, while simple pearl earrings, as well as a hairflower by Sophisticated Lady Hairflowers finish the vintage inspired winter outfit.
My makeup is super classy as well, this time. I just used a little bit of eyeshadow, eyeliner, blush, and of course red lipstick.
