It's snowing Cats and Dogs: Walking the Dog in Winter with a warm retro Outfit

During the holidays, I’m always at my parents’ home in the countryside. The good thing is, that there is much more snow than in Munich. Another thing I really enjoy here is looking after my auntie’s dog, because walking the dog in winter is so much fun! But of course one has to match the outfit to the weather, and therefore I went for cosy accessories and a warm vintage inspired coat.

A winter Outfit for Walking the Dog

The Angeline Coat by Hell Bunny is my faithful companion in winter. By the way: In this blogpost, you will find more pretty retro coats, jackets and capes. Underneath, I’m wearing a cosy turtleneck sweater from Daisy Del Sol as well as a cotton skirt by The Seamstress of Bloomsbury which I already introduced here.

Tip: I love to wear bras underneath my sweaters that match my vintage style. This time, I chose the Madame X Bra by Dita von Teese.

Thermal tights by Calzedonia keep me warm, however, they are a bit boring in my opinion. So I teamed them with lovely pearl tights by the same brand. Winter boots by Miss L-Fire, gloves, and a beret make the outfit even warmer. A red brooch and earrings by Glitter Paradise finish the vintage inspired winter outfit.

My makeup is always quite simple when I’m in the countryside, but of course I can’t go out without red lipstick. This time, I used the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in “Copenhagen”. 😉
