I’ve always wanted to shoot in the cherry blossom! Unfortunately, in the last few years, I didn’t make it. Wether I had no time, or the rain (sometimes even snow) destroyed the blossoms ways too early. But this year I had luck! April surprised us with very warm temperatures and amazing weather. So Martin and I took advantage of our free weekend and went to the Olympiapark in Munich to finally shoot with light pink blossoms in the background. A matching outfit was quickly found. The Rio Top in combination with the Circle Skirt Jacquard Bird by Vivien of Holloway not only looks amazing, the colour of this look also matches the blossomed surrounding perfectly!
Divine: Rio Top & Circle Skirt Jacquard Bird by Vivien of Holloway
The white Rio Top is an all-rounder! The fabric feels so light and good on the skin, which makes the top perfect for warm days. A discreet side zip makes it easier to slip in, while lovely details like the little bow at the neckline and the cap sleeves add that certain something to the Rio Top.
Another dream is the Circle Skirt Jacquard Bird by Vivien of Holloway! The Circle Skirt is made of lots of fabric and is therefore perfect for dancing. Furthermore, the skirt swings amazingly, is shining in the light, and just looks very glamorous. Last but not least, the birds on the Circle Skirt not only match the cherry blossoms perfectly, they also look very divine. 😉 If you are not sure which size you need, I highly recommend Vivien of Holloway’s size guide. Over there, you will find all sizes in cm and inches.
A petticoat adds even more volume, while a white parasol protects my skin from the sun. As we were out and about the whole day long, I decided to wear comfy ballet flats by Melissa. Sparkling jewellery by Swarovski, pink rose earrings and a flamingo brooch by Glitter Paradise, as well as a handbag with flower embroidery finish this spring-like retro outfit.

A subtle Beauty Look for Spring
My makeup is quite subtle this time. First, I applied a foundation with high SPF and afterwards the Météorites by Guerlain. On my lids, I’m wearing a light pink eyeshadow, while lots of mascara enhances my lashes. For a fresher look, I applied pink blush on my cheeks. The Dior Addict Lip Sugar Scrub is a perfect base for the lips as it makes them so smooth. Finally, the Dior Addict Lipstick in “Fuchsia Twist” adds just the right amount of colour.
