Christmas 2019: My plans & what I’m going to wear

When I was a child, December was the longest month for me. It seemed like Christmas would never come! By now, things are completely different, and the Decemer days fly by so quickly. Nevertheless, I was able to relax a bit the last few days and even made it into the city to enjoy all the wonderful Christmas lights one last time this year. As we are going to spend Christmas in the contryside at my parents’ home.
Christmas 2019: A few Days in the Countryside
I also have some plans for the next few days: We are going to spend Christmas Eve at my parents’ home. My Christmas outfit for this day, by the way, it definitely less glamorous than some of you might think. I like to have it comfortable on this special day. So I usually choose a comfy dress that is not too tight, so I can eat a lot (wrap dresses are a good choice, here). 😉

For some Christmas kitsch, I will team the dress with funny Christmas tights. The perfect outfit to unwrap the gifts while playing with my cat, who, by the way, especially likes boxes and bows. 😉

Usually, we are going to celebrate with the whole familiy on Christmas day. This year, however, family comes the day after Christmas. So I’m already very excited to have a full day for long walks outside and relaxation. I also want to go ice skating this year! I know this going to be funny, especially for the ones who are watching me. My outfit for this day: A comfortable jersey dress by Atelier Belle Couture* with the following accessories for outside: Thermal tights, warm gloves, a beret, as well as a coat, of course.

The 26th of December is going to be another day full of food and the whole family comes to visit my parents. So this is going to be the day where I will wear my actual Christmas outfit, which you already can see in the pictures. I decided to wear a lilac velvet dress with sparkly red details, tights with bows, a red handbag, and for outside, a beret as well as the Pearl Coat by Collectif Clothing.
Afterwards, we are going to head back to Munich, as there are a lot of exciting things to finish before the year comes to an end!
