Lovely and comfy jelly shoes for summer

I’ve been a big fan of jelly shoes since I was a child, and I still am! Those flat and colourful shoes made of a kind of PVC are such a cool piece for summer! They not only look cute, but are also very practical and super easy to clean. Not even sand and water are a problem for them!

So they are not only great companions for your summer vacation at the beach, but also for festivals, for example. Spilled drinks or Ketchup on your shoes? Heavy summer rain? No problem at all! Just clean your shoes with some water and they are like new. Furthermore, jelly shoes are so fun and always make me smile. 😉

I don’t really like those chunky jelly shoes. I prefer some delicate sandals with slim straps and lovely decorations, like bows, for example.

My pink flats are by Petite Jolie and already some years old, but at TopVintage*, for example, you will find some cute alternatives. And here are some more lovely jelly shoes I found online:

How to style Jelly Sandals

If you choose some lovely and delicate jelly sandals, you can team them with a lot of different summer dresses and skirts. They look wonderful as a pop of colour with a monochrome grey or black outfit, for example.

Another great option is to colour-match them with your outfit. What about a summer dress with a colourful collar and shoes in the same shade? By the way: Flat jelly sandals look also great in combination with capri trousers or retro shorts.

As you might already know by now, I like to colour match my accessories. This is why I wear my pink sandals with pink earrings by Glitter Paradise*, for example. Some summery accessories like basket bags and sunglasses finish the outfit.
