A relaxed summer outfit: Retro shorts and a blouse
My favourite leisure activity currently is to explore new, hidden places in my hometown Munich on foot or by bike. My only problem: When riding my bike, my knee-length skirts and dresses aren’t very practical. Only a gentle breeze and they expose my underwear. And what’s even worse: They tend to get entangled in my spokes. That would ruin my skirts and knees, so I rather wear trousers when riding my bike. I usually choose between capri trousers or cheeky retro shorts. For a visit at the wonderful rose garden in Munich, I went for the latter ones.

Blouse meets Shorts
My shorts have a kind of flared cut and therefore look a bit like a mini skirt at first sight. But in the end, they are still trousers and therefore perfekt for a bike tour on a hot summer day. I teamed them with a blouse by Lena Hoschek that I’ve had for many years now. Cat-eye sunglasses, ballet flats and some jewellery finish this relaxed and cheeky retro outfit for summer.
