Perfect for a walk at the beach: The Isabelle Skirt in “Blue Hawaii”

The sound of the ocean waves, the salty air, and a fresh sea breeze – is there something more beautiful than a walk at the coast? To be honest, I’m not a “mermaid”. I enjoy a jump into the cold water every now and then, but instead of being in the water, I usually prefer to be at the waterside. Watching the waves and listening to all the sounds at shore – this is something I could do all day long. In this blogpost, I’m going to show a perfect outfit for a walk at the waterside. A white blouse by The Seamstress of Bloomsbury as well as the Isabelle Skirt in “Blue Hawaii” are the base of my look.
A Walk at the Beacht with the Isabelle Skirt in “Blue Hawaii”
I already introduced the Jive Blouse in “Cream” in this and this blogpost. The blouse is so versatile and looks great in combination with a circle skirt, swing skirt, or pencil skirt. This time, I chose the Isabelle Skirt in “Blue Hawaii”. The light swing skirt by The Seamstress of Bloomsbury is made of a comfortable Crepe de Chine fabric and, in my opinion, a must-have for every vintage loving girl. Here, I already showed you the Isabelle Skirt in “Green Doggy”. However, the baby blue skirt with a white palm leaves pattern matches the location, the Adriatic Sea, even better. 😉
I teamed the outfit with sparkly earrings by Glitter Paradise and pink flats by Petite Jolie. A white parasol protects me from the sun, looks great, and finishes this 40s inspired outfit.

A subtle Makeup for a Day at the Beach
My makeup this time is very subtle. I only use the CC Cream by Chanel with SPF 50, a little bit of natural looking eyeshadow, mascara, a hint of blush, and some colour for my lips – that’s it.
